1. Consultation- $300

This first step is vital to our success working together.

To find out if we are a good match Matt will personally meet with you at your site and discuss your ideas, budget, and inspiration (for up to 2 hours). This step is important for framing the scope of the work, understanding your ideas, discussing possibilities, and setting expectations on timeline and goals for completion date.

We appreciate your patience in setting up this time. Matt loves this part of his job but it requires a little juggling in his schedule. We believe this attention to detail sets us apart from other companies on the Olympic Peninsula and influences the outcome and success of your space.

2. Design

Matt uses the inspiration and ideas you discuss in your initial consultation along with his incredible creativity, knowledge of botany and experience gardening to create a proposal. This proposal will help to explain the scope of work including but not limited to: site preparation, hardscaping, patio development, irrigation, soil amendments, plant lists and mulch recommendations.

3. Installation

Let’s build your garden! We handle all aspects of constructing your dream garden from the start of raw dirt to the finish and renewal of planting. We can make just about anything happen in your back yard. Want more hummingbirds? Looking forward to morning tea on a patio? This is the part where we create all the experiences you are looking forward to most. In doing so we often have to undo the compaction of the soil, the invasion of invasive species, drainage problems, previous installations and/or other complications of nature and humanity interacting. We love getting down to the foundation of your space in order to create something that is sustainable and long lasting. We need your patience during this process – taking care of the basics may not be the most exciting part but it will be the most important in the long run.

4. Follow Up

We offer a full service garden maintenance program (annually, monthly, weekly). If weeding, watering and planting is your thing, great! Otherwise we would love to do it for you! We can also help when you just need extra muscle for the bigger tasks that are more fun with a crew. Let us know what you enjoy doing in your garden, what you want help with, or where you would like to see your garden in five, ten, or fifteen years!
